Dimensions Infinite
This is an installation that was activated on June 6, 2019 in connection with the Jose Carlos Martinat’s “American Echo Chamber” exhibition at the Pérez Art Museum Miami. This interactive work supported the monthly Free Community Night, Nerd Nite and was a collaboration with the PAMM.
The grid is an infinite structure that helps us filter what we project and how we would like to be surveyed. As we reflect upon what is being reflected onto us through live feeds we initiate and maintain an echo chamber, consciously creating our own algorithm. This particular grid system offers a variant of controls to customize and create a censored environment. Hence, why building an echo chamber following a grid structure will help the audience visually understand how an echo chamber is formed.
